POLICIES
1. Policies are being updated regularly, and it is highly advised to read them before every purchase.
2. All sales made through this site are final. Unless specified differently, all payments are non-refundable. 3. Main form of payment on this site is Paypal. I won't accept Venmo, international checks and/or bank transfers. Only exception are polish bank transfer that I can accept upon earlier agreedment. 4. On most of my sculptures I am able to offer both full payment and time payments, unless specified differently. The amount of payments and time available for payment is listed on each offering. 5. Although most time frames are strict, I might agree on special conditions if valid and disscused earlier on. 6. I reserve the right to decline transaction at any point, without providing a reason. 7. With time payments, paying period starts when first payment sent and/or invoiced, depending on type of offer. 8. Model(s) will be shipped only after all amount is paid off and all payments are clear. 9. All sculptures, artwork and paintwork created, presented and offered here is made fully by me, Wiktoria Szamburska. 10. All casts and prints of my sculptures are allowed to be customized (also repositioned) and painted without limitations. 11. None of my artwork or paintwork are allowed to be altered in any way, with exception of repairing damage to existing paintwork. 12. If paintwork is damaged, please e-mail me first, before contacting repair artist and/or agreeding to any contract. 13. None of my sculptures, in both original and altered/customized state, is allowed to be casted/scanned/molded/reproduced in any way, wether it's in full form or only part. 14. All packages are sent through Poczta Polska (Polish Post). 15. I am not responsible for any additional fees that might be added on top of my price and shipping (for example customs). It's buyer's responsibility to calculate and get ready for possible payment. 16. I will not lie on custom forms and value of items. 17. If package is not received and/or returned, please e-mail me so we can sort it out. Every situation will be discussed individually. 18. If contents of the package is damaged, please e-mail me with solid proof (videos of opening, photos, tracking updates) so we can sort it out. Every situation will be discussed individually. 19. I am not responsible for any damage caused by shipping companies/customs. 20. There is 4 days period since package being delivered via tracking (not since received) for alerting me about any damage or any other factor making buyer unsatisfied. After that time passes, I reserve the right to decline any refund and/or return. |
